The following links represent awards given to creative works. None of these awards has been documented on this site. If any of these take your fancy, or if you think that the exclusion of any of these is a terrible injustice, please feel free to adopt it. The procedure is outlined in the article How to document an award, and you can contact Kenny Lucius for advice and encouragement.
If an award is not currently operating, it may still be documented. Currently, there are only a few awards for the 1980s and earlier. This causes a rather skewed view of earlier decades, because only the judement of the most successful award organizations is represented. Documenting an award that began in the 1970s and ran for only 10 years is a perfectly valid effort that will probably uncover some real gems from that period.
This list is not complete. Feel free to add to it any award you feel is deserving of documentation.
Video awards
- Internet Movie Database Awards: this site is more than an award—it's a greate resource for documenting movies.
- Film Critics Award

- Independent Spirit Award
- American Film Institute Award
- Saturn Award: This has been partially documented (back to 1990). To complete the history, The Envelope site at the L.A. Times is a great resource.

- Grammy Award: OMG, this is huge. I've only scratched the surface. There are many categories, and many years to document.

I would really like to developed this genre, but poetry awards are so difficult to document.
Commercial awards
These appear to be given by a commercial entity, and so the nominees and winners may be chosen based on commercial interests. Any award may be documented on Award Annals, but to be formally inducted requires the appearance of noncommercial judgement. Ask Kenny for details.
